Iva Mihalic is a Croatian actress who has made a name for herself in the fields of theatre, film, and television. Born on April 13, 1985, in the city of Zagreb, Iva's passion for acting began at a young age.
After finishing high school, Iva enrolled in the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. It was during her time at the academy that she got her first taste of professional acting, starring in a number of plays and theatre productions in Zagreb.
Over the next few years, Iva continued to build her portfolio, taking on roles in a variety of television shows, films, and stage productions.
One of Iva's most memorable performances came in 2011, when she starred in the film DADDY directed by Dalibor Matanić. For her performance as the character of Vera she earned recognition. She won an award , Golden Arena at the Pula Film Festival. She is best known for her performances in HBO's TV show SUCCESS as Vinka , as inspector Kovač in Netflix film THE WEEKEND AWAY.
In addition to her work in film and television, Iva has also been an active participant in the theatre world.Since 2011. she is a part of drama ensemble in Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. She has starred in a number of theatre productions, including THE CHERRY ORCHARD, WAR AND PEACE, DON JUAN, MY BRILLIANT FRIEND and many other plays.
She lives in Croatia in Zagreb and she has a dog called Nushka.
